Default group for new members OR publicly available services

My alliance has a public discord and it is a major recruiting tool.

In order for this to work properly with Alliance Auth, we would need all newcomers to request a public and open group that allows them access to our discord or to make the Discord service publicly available to everyone (not just members)

Feature Requests

Public and Open group be assignable as a "default" group.

This would automatically assign new users to this group. Then this group could have appropriate permissions applied so that members can access and alliance's public services.

OR

Public services

This would allow an administrator to designate one or more services as public so that they are available to all users regardless of membership status.
