Feature request: Hauling service

Hello, It would be really fantastic to get a page through the allianceauth to get a hauling service (like the brave collective freight) with a custom calculation (depending if it's only through freighter or jump freighter) and a way to put ourself the points (systems) of delivery. A lot of alliances or big corps are using their own hauling services (generaly less expensive) than red/black/blue frogs and i'm pretty sure that this service could be really usefull for a lot of people.
