[suggestion?][idea?] Alliance level group access when in corp mode

This is probably only relevant to a small few of us (me)... but

My corp is in an alliance, my auth runs in corp mode for my corp (we run a seperate auth at the alliance level for seperate services).

I would like, or at least think a decent idea, would be to have a toggleable option in settings.py to consider corps in the alliance "blue" or to at least allow them access to services/groups.

This is mostly related to wanting some friends from the alliance access to some of our group specific discord channels, and this seems the best way without having to muck around with manual roles and stuff
