Corporation member data issue

Ive been keeping track of members who are signed up etc. and after the server updated yesterday, the chars without api (167) tab is displaying "Good job! every char seems to be tied to an api"

even though 167 toons have not got an api linking them.

how can i reset this so it shows the toons that are missing again?
