FleetUP Server Error (500)

Running on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with Apache2 PHP7.0 Fleet up is setup but all i get is Server Error (500) I went on to the developer tools on chrome and found this error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)
