Proposal Possibilities / to do list for SEAT Integration

1. POS tracker
2. Supervisord (celery daemonizer)

Possibility (subject to change):

1. use seat to pull notifications when one meets a criteria send out jabber ping (will require more investigation)
2. replace eve jackknife with data from seat (possible but not probable)
3. create a corporation / alliance standings list (possible but depends on feedback)
