[Feature Request] Add Favicons to Django Admin

Describe the feature are you requesting.

The title pretty much says it all. Currently if you go to the admin site, the favicon disappears making it difficult to locate the tab again if you navigate to another tab.

Is this a Service (external integration), a Module (Alliance Auth extension) or an enhancement to an existing service/module.

Enhancement of existing service/module.

Describe why its useful to you or others.

Favicons are very useful for finding a tab in a browser.
