ImportError: cannot import name 'python_2_unicode_compatible'
After updating ubuntu with latest stuff and upgrading AA after that causes AA to install Django version 3.0 that breaks the installation on migration

Temp fix to this is to install an earlier version of django
pip install Django==2.0.13
