Address Family Not Supported - New Install

I continue to get this, tried removing IPV6 from /etc/hosts with no luck. This is a fresh install. Can't complete sign on due to this.

Log shows the following error: Error 97 connecting to localhost:6379. Address family not supported by protocol.

Any assistance is much appriciated.
