Discord groups not updating to reflect corps/alliances in state

Recently removed an alliance from the Blue state. Auth correctly moved their users into the Guest state and removed non-public groups however the group changes were not pushed to discord.

After running a manual group update on discord groups everything sync'd correctly. I had a quick look through the code to see where the updates are triggered and couldn't see any reason why it wouldn't be pushed.

I believe Teamspeak3 groups updated correctly so perhaps this is an issue specific to the discord service?
