Feature request: Skill tracking

So we have recently moved our alliance from fleetup to allianceauth. And the one thing that we don't have a replacement for is the skill plans feature.

On fleetup you could create skill plans so that users can see, and admins can check if a user has completed that plan.

Is there any possibility of getting a similiar feature for allianceauth? Where we can add an evemon (or other format) training plan and see which characters have completed it?
