Change to check list and add cards in External DB and Prediction

The current solution for adding External DB data and Prediction results manually is not optimal, as it obscures both the choices available and what is chosen. Suggestions that received positive feedback in MEET-94 :

  • Add separate cards for Splice, Conservation, Domain in Prediction
  • Change card "Other" in External DB to "LSDB"
  • Remove the "Add Prediction" and "Add External DB" buttons and replace with check lists (based on the current pulldowns) that are always visible

Notes

  • If not already resolved, #76 (closed) should be closed along with this issue.
  • Beware #95 (closed), may change choices for LSDBs
