Create testdata interpretations

Background

Create interpretations for testdata, for use in behavior-driven tests (ella-frontend) and demo purposes.

Implementation

For a reasonable set of variants, add interpretations, set a classification and add ACMG criteria and comments with text at an amount for a typical interpretation.

Use any variant in chosen test gene panels.

Note: Every comment field should be unique (but can be same across variants)
