Feature design improve
- click on the right of the screen to go next / left to go previous
- double click left go to previous chapter on first scan / double click right on last next chap
- add current page and progression above thumbs with page navigator
- shrink the side menu a bit
- change how to bookmark scans : hover shows the top right banner, click to bookmark !
- next chapter / previous chapter buttons bigger
- fix website's icon not displayed on Firefox
