[HW]: Profile SD card IO operations

SD card IO is rather slow, exact reasons are yet unclear. Need to profile IO signals using logic analyzer.

Currently measured read speed is one sector (512) per 67.08 ms (capture file attached)SD_IO_Speed_68ms.zip
