ProjectC for Linux 6.5

Hi,

I don't use ProjectC much anymore, but for those who are interested in running it on 6.5, my testing tree is here.

It passed basic tests and didn't show any regressions compared to Prjc-6.4. As always, it's better to wait for an official release for production systems.
