Dr. Mario broken

Dr. Mario can't get past the select screen (after main menu) as of 70cd3f43. Not sure what caused the bug to occur... seems like it could be an interrupt or ppu thing...

Something has been glitchy with the graphics since that commit I believe.

Keep in mind that emulators do not always make forward progress. That is, fixing one part of an emulator may actually cause the emulator to be LESS playable.
