Ability to ignore certain masteries when using automastery

Like how automastery currently skips trying to level up something that's already level 99, have an option to ignore, for example, Redwood Longbow from being leveled up too because you have a bunch of Redwood logs in the bank you can use and don't want to waste that XP.
