Structure reinforcement didn't produce structure alert

I set up LittleUfo with my discord server, and it works great for tracking losses for our corporation. However I also set up structure alerts, but our Raitaru got reinforced and I didn't receive any notification.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
