Hi, I'm Aindrila 👋
Welcome to my corner of GitLab. I work in technology consulting, program delivery, and training, and I spend my free time building developer communities in India. This page is written the way I like to work with others: clear, written down, and easy to pick up without a meeting.
What I work on
- Program and project delivery. Coordinating cross-functional work, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, and milestones, and keeping risks and status visible. Most of this has been technology consulting for clients at EY and Cvent.
- Training and enablement. I'm currently a Business Process Trainer at Accenture: process audits, data deep dives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions that turn findings into something a team can act on.
- Community. Co-organizer at Google Developer Groups (GDG) Kolkata, where I helped organize DevFest Kolkata. Founded and lead the first Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) chapter on my campus, teaching 1,000+ students through free workshops. Microsoft Learn Gold Student Ambassador. Google Cloud Champion Innovator (recognized among the top 173 globally).
How I work
- Write it down. I like short written updates (what's done, what's next, what's blocking) so people in different places and time zones can catch up on their own schedule.
- Surface blockers and risks. I try to name them plainly and bring options, not just the problem.
- Ask, then iterate. I'm happy to share a rough draft early and improve it from feedback.
- Keep learning. I'm still building depth in engineering-side tooling and say so openly.

- Cvent (Associate Project Consultant): guided enterprise clients on platform best practices, contributing to a 30% increase in user adoption.

Currently learning
program-tracker-template as a separate project (link to be added once it is public): a clearly-labelled template for a TPM-style program board (issue templates, labels, CI lint). It is an example, not a record of past work.
