Add MongoDB loader

Right now, the current state of connection is hard-wired to Postgres. We'll try to keep most of the code, as this is a low-priority task.

MongoDB Version 4.2.3, although tags in their Github seems to point to older versions: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/tags
