Upgrade to the latest version of pyAgrum

Hello:

I have pyAgrum version 0.20.3 installed, I would like to upgrade it to the latest version 1.0.0. I downloaded the file pyAgrum-1.0.0-cp310-cp310-win_amd64.whl. What is the next step or the command that I can run?
