Some FreeBSD portability issues
Maintaining the FreeBSD port of linuxdoc-tools, I found the following portability issues with 0.9.71:
- in doc/Makedoc.sh, "make" is called instead of ${MAKE}, which breaks when make actually is BSD make
- in some places in doc/Makedoc.sh, ${PREFIX} is implicitly assumed to be "/usr", building of docs breaks with other values of ${PREFIX}
- $(INSTALL_PROGRAM) is called on linuxdoc, which is a perl script. If $(INSTALL_PROGRAM) of the target platform contains -s, this fails, because a script can't be stripped
Attached patches fix these issues.
