Documentation requirements

I've drafted a documentation milestone defining the scope of the desirable documentation. This issue is here to discuss eventual changes to the milestone or anything related, really.

I've planned the milestone for the second half of February, which means that either the migration must be done by then or will be paused during the length of the milestone.

This issue must be the last to be closed in that milestone.
