Duplicate google ads script blocks appearing on articles

With the move from all articles being prefixed with /articles/ to starting directly with the date /2023/12/19/ the settings on https://edit.saharareporters.com/admin/structure/block/manage/googleadmanagerheadercodehomepagetopicpages to not show at /articles is not doing the job of being a mirror image of the https://edit.saharareporters.com/admin/structure/block/manage/googleadmanagerheadercodearticlepages setting to show only on the Articles content type.
