smarter look-ahead

Currently carts look only one tile ahead for collision, but they could look several tiles ahead when on straight green paths and claim 2 or 3 tiles at once.

This would increase the UPS on_tick cost of each cart check, but also reduce the frequency of checks. Need to see if the trade-off is worthwhile.
