Hints for testers
We should display Twitter and Facebook button links to our social network accounts for Chinese locales (zh_CN, zh_TW) in the "Get in touch" section of "Help" tab in the desktop options page.
Ensure that the Weibo button link is not displayed in the previously mentioned section for Chinese locales.
