Add "Global Filters" to Adblock Plus recommended filter lists

Background / User story

As a user I want to have a filter lists for my region so that I can have a better browsing experience.

Based on our last year data we have a lot of users in Thailand, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, but these regions are not covered by filter lists, therefore we:

• receive a lot of user reports
• complains from monetization unit because their acceptable ads are showing together with the unblocked ads
• filter list is included in the Filter List Delivery System
• Legal approval

• Global Filters is included in the language drop-down selector in the Settings page: https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/global-filters+easylist.txt

Hints for testers

"Global Filters" filter list should be included in the language drop-down selector in the Settings page, and should be preinstalled for users with the respective language when the extension is installed.
