elemhide filter hits not displayed in ABP devtools tab

Steps to reproduce
- Subscribe to only EasyList & ABP Filters
- Visit quixel.com to view cookie notification
div.css-wzviqn - Subscribe to Premium - Block cookie consent pop-ups list, which includes a specific elemhide filter to hide the cookie notice
- With devtools open to the ABP tab, refresh the webpage to confirm cookie notice has been hidden but no elemhide filter hit is displayed

elemhide filter hits are not displayed in ABP devtools tab
Expected behavior
elemhide filter hits are displayed in ABP devtools tab
Further information
- On Firefox only: elemhide filters pasted as custom filters in options page are shown in ABP devtools tab as expected
- On Firefox only: Easylist Cookie List elemhide filter for the case mentioned above is displayed as expected
