"simulate-mouse-event" snippet filters not working from live production list

Background
- Premium (Distraction Control) list should block annoyances such as floating videos, newsletter popups, push notifications & surveys
- Snippet filter "simualte-mouse-event" is enabled for this list
Steps to reproduce
- Visit this page, scroll down to autoplay YouTube video
- Continue to scroll down while video is playing
- Floating video appears in the bottom right corner of screen
- Snippet filter
portalvirtualreality.ru#$#simulate-mouse-event '.viqeo-flyPlayer_close-button'works as expected from "Your Custom Filters" section of Options page (floating video is closed) but not from the live Premium list
Observed behavior
Snippet filter from Premium list that clicks 'close' on floating video frame is not hitting
Expected behavior
simulate-mouse-event filter hits and floating video is closed

Also tested with Adblock 5.9.0 on Chrome Version 115.0.5790.170
Other Examples
- Newsletter popup on crocs.com.br, this filter should be applied
- Newsletter popup on bonprix.es, click on any subpage and a popup appears. This filter should be applied
