Update @eyeo/snippets dependency to 0.5.6

Background / User story

We are unable to release Adblock Plus with @eyeo/snippets 0.5.5, since it causes the file size of the background.js JavaScript bundle to exceed the store-imposed limit of 4MB. Therefore we need to update to 0.5.6 to fix this problem.
