Problem with reporting tool in ABP 3.14.1

Environment

• OS version: Windows 7, Windows 10
• Browser version: Chrome 107, Edge 108
• Extension version: ABP 3.14.2
• Last working version: unknown

Reproduction steps

1. Install ABP 3.14.2 (current latest release)
2. Navigate to any page, for example: example.com
3. Open the popup, click 'Report an issue on this page' button
4. In the issue reporter, select any of the two options (for example The page I'm trying to view is broken ) and click Continue
5. In the second step of the issue reporter, try to highlight the screenshot

Observed behavior

The hiding/highlighting squares are drawn with an offset, so the user is unable to highlight the left side of the page
