Remove "NEW" label from Recommended filter lists section

Background / User story

We've introduced the Recommended filter lists section as part of #701 (closed). Each new recommended filter list has a NEW label to signal to users that a specific feature in the Settings page has been recently introduced.

At the moment, the NEW label isn't hidden automatically and, as a result, we will have to remove it manually.

Hints for testers

Because the NEW label is static, once it's removed, it will be removed for all users after updating the version, regardless whether they saw the recommended filter lists section or not.
