Add "Hufilter" to Adblock Plus recommended filter lists

As a user I want to have a filter lists for my region so that I can have a better browsing experience.

Acceptance criteria

Hufilter is included in the language drop-down selector in the Settings page: https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/hufilter+easylist.txt

Hints for testers

"Hufilter" filter list should be included in the language drop-down selector in the Settings page, and should be preinstalled for users with the respective language (Hungarian) when the extension is installed.
