Can't setup v2.2.0 in Splunk Cloud

Updated to version 2.2.0, but since the setup.xml view has been removed I can not set the app up. Any link in that dashboard sends it back to the setup page that is blank. I do have the required sc_admin role. In developer tools, the setup_page.js and setup_page.css is coming up as a 404 Not Found error. Additionally, a noahService message is saying [{type: "ERROR", text: "Could not find object id=noahService"}]
