Procure Fluorescent Agent

As noted in DDJF_PL, Section 4.4.3 Imaging System Testing:

The functional testing is expected to be performed in the following order:

• Testing the luminance uniformity of the excitation LED board
• Functional on-chip testing with fluorescent agent perfusion

Find a fluorescent agent to inject inside the PDMS chip. For starters, it doesn't even have to be an agent with a spectrum similar to the one of S65T.

Acquiring an image dataset with some fluorescent agent inside the PDMS chip is high priority, because it is a bottleneck for the development of the compression algorithm to be used on-board. When noting that the person working on the compression algorithm does so in the context of their MSc thesis, it is evident that minor, accumulating delays can have a great impeding impact long-run. If we do not manage to arrive at a working solution for the mission during that time window, it will be difficult to find someone to work on this anew.
