[TESTING] - MITOMI-yeast | Single-layer chip functionality

Description

Test the functionality of single-layer PDMS chips based on the MITOMI design. We need to:

  • Test tolerances across different pressure ranges
  • Test yeast trapping and cross-contamination (via spotting)
  • 2 designs can be tested, with different interchannel distances (design with the smaller interchannel distance shown below)
  • A design includes also a control line as a fail-safe (that can be tested separately)
