Deploy a MVP

This is an epic milestone.

Completion criteria: satisfactory MVP is operational.

Most of the work will be done in a collection of smaller scoped stories and tasks.

Scope

Model a single figure (Bandit type, un-mounted, either light foot or archer).

Users can make a request via a RESTful URL (#4 (moved)) and a simple statblock (#3 (moved)) will be returned.

Name: AL, Mv, AC, HD, hp, #AT, SA, SD, Loadout

The italic stats are optional (appearing only when relevant).
