Support custom tailscale hostnames

It is kinda annoying to have to "find" the domain name for the code-server. Since it is possible to register a host with an arbitrary hostname in tails using the --hostname flag parameter supplied to tailscale up (docs here), change the script to set the tailscale hostname to the ec2 instance name
