armhf focal click broken (contains aarch64 mirvncserver executable)

I already reported about this on https://t.me/c/1358111548/28654 but thought I'd also make an issue in case something more needs to be done, maybe worth a version bump despite https://system-image.ubports.com/20.04/armhf/ being rather empty overall these days.

Locally rebuilding it with clickable build -a armhf fixed the problem in my testing so at minimum it just needs an armhf artifact reupload from a new pipeline run
