Address book usability enhancements

Currently the Address book is buried under Setting, which is very hard for users to add a new contact.

The proposal is:

1. To move the Address book under the bottom buttons, perhaps between the wallet button and the setting button.

2. To add Send "xxx" coin button in the Contact details screen.
