Volunteer Dashboard - usability

Level 1 informations There are too many title in the left part of the dashboard. The tab navigation isn't that easy to understand, and the results are very tidious to explore (so many clicks involved) for now. This part of the screen creates confusion and impression of complexity due to too many level of possibilities. It's not clear what's too expect in terms of content. Plus there are some coherance issue betwen titles and sub-titles...
In order to simplify navigation, and be consitent with user goals, we need to :
1 - give access to browsing filters. When a filtering option is selected, the dropdown buttons is highlighted, and the sub-title of the list is the name of the option selected
2 - They would replace the tab logic, wich should only be use for a general screen (here it's used in a part of a screen)
3 - At this step we should also desactivate the header titles, which seem to be redondent with filter options

That's 1 single list with adjustable content. browsing options are displayed in dropdowns.
This solution allows us to remove the extra buttons in shift items. There are some pbs with these buttons...
