Feature Request: add progress information on boot

the spinner on boot leaves a few things to be desired, as it carries no information at all.

  1. Adding a progress bar for the Download and a short info about what it's currently doing (downloading, booting the actual OS, whatever) is probably a real help for the more impatient people and also a way to make sure that it is in fact still doing anything.
  2. informing the user if anything goes wrong (e.g. network disconnect)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
