A2 Oberon 2026.08.21

13 commits since 2026.08.18.2, all of them about booting a machine with no operating
system on it: A2 now comes up on a live Acer Aspire 5315 from a USB stick, not only in
qemu. The defect that stood in the way was the top of memory taken from a probe instead
of the firmware map; the one before it was the EHCI legacy SMI enables left set after
taking ownership of the controller.

This release publishes the USB image as well as the ISO, and says on the page what a
machine has to offer to boot either.

The bare-metal image again, with its test files back in Testing.zip and a boot
check in front of the publish: CI boots the ISO in qemu and requires A2 to reach
1024x768 before the release is made.

Adds the bare-metal x86-32 image: a2-Bios32-2026.08.18.1.iso, bootable, the
whole library on it. Two rotted spots had to be fixed first (RTL8139 SET-to-CHAR,
four phantom files in data/Release.Tool).
