Bugfix: problem with non-ascii characters in annotated files when mailing. Refs #552.

When mailing annotated copies to students, there was an error for
files with non-ascii characters (for exemple files names including
student names), resulting to
  Wide character in subroutine entry at /usr/local/lib/AMC/perl/AMC-mailing.pl line 239.
