Uses characters in boxes seen in the catalog to identify answers in the statistics table from

the ODS export. Refs #288.

Logs characters in boxes in catalog mode, use this log to fill the layout_char database table.
Uses this table at ODS export time.

Tests: don't forget the --data parameter, necessary for the catalog build,
when calling AMC-prepare.
