Only one entry in limine.conf

No matter what I try, I always end up with just a single snapshot in my limine.conf.

Where am I going wrong? /etc/limine-snapper-sync.conf has MAX_SNAPSHOT_ENTRIES=8, and there is plenty of space in the ESP.
