Test YottaDB with multiple concurrent processes in different containers
In addition to shared environment variables and shared directories (database files, journal files, gtmsecshr files, replication instance files, etc. – https://docs.yottadb.com/AdminOpsGuide/basicops.html#environment-variables needs to be reviewed), it appears that starting Docker containers with the --ipc=host
and --pid=host
options suffices to allow YottaDB processes in multiple containers to work together successfully. A suitable value for --log-driver
to match the syslog on the host is almost certainly required. It is not clear whether --init
or other options are required.
This Issue is to add tests to the test system.
