Make it easier to find documentation on MUPIP, DSE, GDE, LKE

Previously there were difficulties finding MUPIP docs in particular. This can be remedied:

  • The Admin Ops Guide's table of contents has obvious links to MUPIP in the about section which contains the barest description of MUPIP and no command-line help. And once you are there, a browser-search for MUPIP provides no more information, as though the manual has none. Therefore, this command-line help is hard to find because there appears to be no chapter for MUPIP like there is for LKE. This section should therefore provide relevant links to other places within the Admin Ops Guide that offer command-line help. The GDE section should also link to the GDE chapter.
  • However, if one searches the master table of contents for MUPIP, there is a second promising-looking reference to the introduction within the chapter called "General Database Management". However, that link takes one to another section with just a few paragraphs of information, that quickly moves on to what looks like documentation for other database management commands of the same heading level: BACKUP, CREATE, DOWNGRADE, etc. -- except that these commands don't work at the command line. All very confusing. I only just now discovered that the entire chapter "General Database Management" is actually about MUPIP and that the same-level headings (BACKUP, etc.) are actually sub-commands of MUPIP. This can all be rectified very easily by the improvements above and also:
    • rename the chapter to "General Database Management (MUPIP)"
    • Rename Chapter 5's "Introduction" to "Introduction to MUPIP"
    • Rename heading 'MUPIP' that appears at the same level as its sub-commands to "Synopsis"
    • Rename heading "Commands and Qualifiers" to "MUPIP Commands and Qualifiers" (also matching "DSE Commands and Qualifiers")
    • It would be helpful to add a link to the MUPIP Command Summary immediately after the Commands and Qualifiers heading, to help anyone looking for quick-reference material.
  • Likewise, the chapters for GDE and DSE should also be renamed to contain these names in the chapter heading just like "M Lock Utility (LKE)" already does.
  • There should be links added to the M Programmer's Guide (esp. in the triggers section), pointing into the appropriate sections of the Admin Ops Guide.
