Visual command syntax for documentation in browser

While the current text oriented syntax descriptions of our commands are appropriate for online help for the majority who use a browser to access documentation, showing the syntax visually would communicate better. We should investigate whether the publication tool chain allows for something like Syntax Diagrams to be used for system administration commands (especially MUPIP) and perhaps M commands as well. They may be overkill for the APIs for other languages, but then again, they may not.

This is a long term project to be undertaken as a background task.
